Together, they help clients make informed property decisions.
Melanie and Mark live on the Northern Beaches with their 3 children and labradoodle. Having lived here for more than 20 years, they have renovated and sold 5 homes, so they understand the different property requirements you have at each life stage.

Mark Orr
Mark brings more than 30 years of experience in the property industry. His career has spanned residential real estate with major franchise groups, where he was an award-winning agent, as well as owning and operating both residential and commercial real estate agencies.
This depth of experience has given Mark an exceptional understanding of property, the fundamentals that underpin value, and the dynamics of a successful transaction. He is particularly passionate about representing his clients’ interests, negotiating on their behalf and providing the property insights that come from decades in the industry.
